Broadcasts

Start a relevant conversation with the right audience

A RytherOS Broadcast sends an opening message to a selected contact group. You decide who receives it, what it says, when it sends, and who handles replies. An AI agent can take the next turn, or replies can go to your team inbox.

Separate sending from the conversation

Build the audience and message first, then choose a reply path. This makes the handoff explicit. A service team could invite eligible past customers to schedule maintenance; a sales team could follow up with a permitted contact group about an open offer. Each use case needs its own consent, suppression, and stop rules.

Review before launch

Broadcast setup includes audience, message, replies, sending, and review. Channel rules vary. WhatsApp Business API sends can require approved templates; other channels have their own sending limits and policies. Review the live channel requirements before scheduling a campaign.

Frequently asked question

Can a person handle replies?

Yes. If a Broadcast has no AI agent assigned, replies can land in the team inbox for a person to answer.
