Booking & calendar
Move from conversation to a booked next step
RytherOS can offer available appointment times inside a conversation and confirm a booking when a contact is ready. Your team can also share a booking link for each event type, so a visitor can choose a time without starting a chat.
Define what can be booked
Set event types, availability, booking questions, and notifications around the way your business actually schedules work. A consultation, inspection, and service call may need different durations or information. A booking page can be placed on your website or shared in a message. Visitors who book become contacts in RytherOS.
Keep availability accurate
The built-in calendar works on its own. Connecting Google Calendar adds two-way synchronization: RytherOS bookings appear on your Google Calendar, and busy times there are considered when offering slots. Check team, room, and resource requirements during setup before relying on any automated booking path.
Frequently asked question
Do we need Google Calendar to use booking?
No. RytherOS can book against the hours set for an event type. Google Calendar is an optional connection for calendar synchronization.
